Neelix's second new outfit, only seen in the seventh season, is a slightly similar design to the previous one, though of a green and orange striped pattern - this jacket is again adorned with the piping usually seen on Neelix's costumes, again going over the back of the suit as well.'Imperfection'
In this episode the starship Voyager is visited by the Wysanti, with their representative wearing a red-striped dress with a diagonal block of brown material over one shoulder, with a thick brown band around the chest.'Drive'
In this episode, Voyager takes part in a literal space race, with various aliens wearing futuristic racing jumpsuits - the first are those worn by Irinia (Cyia Batten) and her co-pilot, who sport jumpsuits of two-tone red top halves with long straps, with the rest of the jumpsuit being of a shiny gold-green material. Also of note is the stripes on the sleeves of the lighter half of the jumpsuit. Another competing space racing crew, of the Imhotep, sport some of my favorite outfits in this episode, so it's rather a shame that we don't see them more clearly - the Imhotep's racing jumpsuits are made of a shiny blue material, with golden streaks going over the front, as well as bands of similar material around the sleeves. Of course, we get to see Starfleet's version of a racing jumpsuit, which is a rather crisp grey and black jumpsuit with white panelling over the front, and the various colours being seperated by red lining as well.'Critical Care'
In this episode, the Voyager's holographic Doctor (Robert Picardo) ends up getting abducted by the alien con artist Gar (John Kassir), who sports a brown vinyl jacket and high-waisted trousers, the coat having diagonal lining around the sides. The jacket is then worn over a mottled greenish shirt as well. Gar immediately sells the Doctor and his services to a callous corporate healthcare organization, whose employees all wear shiny blue coats over pinstriped suits with ridged collars, whilst the nurses don't wear the suits. Meanwhile the adminstriator Chellick (Larry Drake) wears a silvery jumpsuit with a golden-coloured wedge panel over the collar. This episode seens to have a lot of outfits with shiny synthetic materials, as even Paris (Robert Duncan McNeill) and Harry Kim (Garrett Wang) wear shiny futuristic ice hockey uniforms, with red padded material over the shoulders as well as on other parts of the uniform.'Body and Soul'
In this episode, the Voyager come across the Lokirrin, whose spaceships crew are all in asymmetrical shiny blue uniforms, the asymmetrical part being the ridged padding over one side of the uniform - the officers wear tunics as part of the uniforms, whilst the lesser ranks wear jumpsuits with the same padded sides as well.'Flesh and Blood'
This two-part episode would mark the last appearance of the Hirogen, who had been regular annoyances for the Voyager crew across the show, but I didn't cover on here yet because honestly...I'm not really a fan of the Hirogan's rather fiddly armor, which looks very fiddly (and besides, there's tons of images of them online anyway). The reason I'm including this particular appearance is because of the Hirogen technician Donik (Ryan Bollman), who wears a ridged brown tunic with ornate lining over the front of it as well. The episodes plot was about the Hirogen's holograms running amok, with them destroying a spaceship to liberate some menial work holograms dressed in green overalls with brown panelling around the shoulders and sleeves, as well as a deep cut collar, and worn with a large leather belt.'Repentance'
In this episode, Voyager takes a group of Nygean convits aboard, all of whom sport grey jumpsuits with a diagonal red strip over one shoulder, and a strip of light-up circuitry in the chest as well. The convicts are also with a group of prison guards who wear bulky red uniforms, with a large piece of armor fitted on the front, and worn with a belt that goes over the shoulders.'Prophecy'
In this episode, Voyager ends up coming across a Klingon ship, and as such when the part-Klingon B'Elanna Torres is with them she wears a green dress with golden trim around the shoulders and black furred sleeves, and of course worn with the typical Klingon collar and wristguards that had been carried on ever since Robert Fletcher's design in Star Trek: The Motion Picture.'Workforce'
This episode, which involved the Voyager crew all being abducted to work in an alien planet's industrial sector, had the cast all wearing a variety of large-shouldered gowns and jumpsuits, with Janeway sporting a blue jacket in the same material as the various workers overalls. The security guards wear wide-shouldered tabards over what seem to be black jumpsuits, worn with matching belts. The various officials also wear suits with the same shoulder design, some of them being of a pinstriped material as well. Seven of Nine is distinguished by her wraparound jacket that utilizes a mottled fabric on the sleeves. The most notable outfit in this episode is worn by the bartender Umali (Iona Morris) who wears a dress with the same raised shoulder motif, but with a skirt of a mottled colourful material.'Natural Law'
This episode involves the Voyager crew encountering a primitive society on the planet Ledos, whose more civilized members wear a variety of tunics and jumpsuits with rounded high collars and angular cuts to the end of their coats.'Homestead'
This episode marked the farewell of Neelix, who meets a group of Talaxian colonists who admittedly aren't dressed quite as flashy as he is, but still dressed not too differently - this can be seen perfectly with the garb worn by Oxilon (Rob LaBelle) who wears a mottled greenish tunic with diagonal belts most of them time, but sometimes wears it with a coat made of silvery and brown padded material that isn't too dissimilar from many of Neelix's famously garish suits. There is also Neelix's relative Dexa (Julianne Christie) who wears an assortment of dresses, all of them fairly subdued in colourscheme - the first two dress dresses are mostly notable for both being cut at a sloping line at the bottom, with one being made out of a floral pattern as well. The third of Dexa's dresses has a slightly more interesting design, with a green and beige dress, the beige section mostly being the diagonal strip down the middle. The most colourful Talaxian outfit (that isn't worn by Neelix, anyway), is worn by Dexa's child Brax (Ian Meltzer), who wears a variety of striped colourful tunics. The Talaxian colonists are under threat from an alien mining company, whose members all wear a deep blue vinyl jumpsuit with a Velcro affixed shoulder and arm wrap made from neoprene that snaps into place around the arms and to a matching harness at the waist. And I suppose lastly...is Neelix himself! In the last few seasons, Neelix began wearing asymmetrically cut shirts made out of shiny floral patterned material, with the colour often depending on what suit he was wearing at the time as well!
